Community Rules
Please read the rules and regulations for The Villages at Camelback as summarized below. These are areas where you may be issued a citation if a violation occurs, ranging from $100 – $500 per violation.

- Noise curfew is 11 p.m. If there is excessive noise after this time a citation will be issued.
- No trash to be left on the front deck or outside.
- No parking or blocking the stairway of unit access.
- Parking permit must be displayed on dashboard.
- Expired parking permits are prohibited.
- No more than two vehicles parked per unit.
- Fireworks are prohibited ($500 per incident) in addition to State Police being called.
- No charcoal grills, fire pits or deep fryers.
- No parallel parking.
- No trespassing on the ski slopes after 10 p.m. ($100 citation per person)
- No soliciting and/or use of illegal drugs on the property.
- All vehicles on the property inside gate and outside need a permit or will receive a citation.
- DO NOT light candles.
- NO SMOKING of any kind inside the condo or on the decks.
- No pets permitted.
Property Rules
Welcome to our home in The Villages at Camelback. Our home is your home. Enjoy it and have a wonderful stay!

- NO Parties or Events
- Only documented and authorized guests are permitted to enter the property.
- Leave rooms in same condition as found upon arrival.
- Empty dishwasher and return implements to original storage locations.
- Remove all perishable foods from the refrigerator.
- Empty all garbage cans and replace all plastic bags with those stored below the sink. Deposit bags in dumpster located in the parking lot.
- Unplug all kitchen appliances (Toaster, Microwave and Coffeemaker)
- Please make sure the electric stove is off.
- Lock sliding glass doors and close all curtain and drapes.
- Check that all faucets are off. Turn all thermostats to 55 Degrees F.
- Leave bathroom cabinet doors open.
- Turn off all lights.
- Lock the entrance door
- Please contact Donna Labar (570) 801-0878 for any onsite emergencies or needed repairs.
IMPORTANT – Please ensure that all guests are included in your reservation and documentation. Adjustments to your reservation after arrival will incur an additional fee of $50/night per additional guest above the amount listed on the original reservation.
Please make sure to respect our home and adhere to the rules so as to receive a full return of your security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email)
- After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee
- NO REFUNDS if the guest does not cancel 7 days or more before check-in
